About Behavior Group
ABA can be done better. We're proving it.
Behavior Group was founded on a simple idea: that families and clinicians deserve a better experience with behavioral healthcare.
We believe the science of behavior can change lives; and that when delivered with dignity, precision, and purpose, it creates independence and lasting growth.
Our work brings together two arms of the same mission:
-
Behavior One, our ABA therapy service for children with autism
-
Behavior AI, our research and technology division focused on improving how care is delivered and measured.
Every part of our model is designed to raise the standard for ABA - from the way data is collected and analyzed to how clinicians are supported and families are heard.

Our Mission
Deliver life-changing outcomes through science-first care
Our mission is to restore dignity, build communication, and create independence for every client we serve. We do this by combining the best of science, people, and technology to make excellent care easier and more effective.
Our Vision
A future where great care is the norm.
We envision a world where families can access exceptional ABA therapy without barriers - where data drives decisions, clinicians are empowered by science and technology, and outcomes are transparent and measurable.
Through Behavior One and Behavior AI, we are laying the foundation for a behavioral healthcare system that is scalable, ethical, and human-centered.
Our Values
We behave with purpose
At Behavior Group, our values guide every decision we make. We lead with integrity, doing what is right even when no one is watching. We value precision, measuring what matters and making choices driven by data. We embrace curiosity, constantly seeking better ways to understand, teach, and serve. We act with dignity, ensuring every person we support is treated with respect and compassion. And above all, we hold ourselves accountable to meaningful outcomes that change lives.
Our Story
Founded by clinicians. Built for families.
Behavior Group was founded by brothers Ethan and Alexander Protzel; two clinicians who shared a vision for doing ABA differently.
They saw a field that too often treated therapy like a business instead of a science. Together, they set out to build a company where families could trust the care their children receive, and clinicians could take pride in the work they do.
Today, Behavior Group continues to grow with that same commitment to integrity, innovation, and purpose.
